Foundation Board President Jörg Peltzer on Radio SRF 1's “Persönlich”

He appeared alongside Marlen Reusser on Radio SRF1's talk show “Persönlich.”

Jörg Peltzer is chief surgeon at Delémont Hospital and also operates on accident victims in Ethiopia.
Both studied medicine and are anything but ordinary. Marlen Reusser won silver in the cycling time trial at the Olympic Games in Tokyo. Jörg Peltzer is also an avid cyclist.
His cycling tours have taken him through China, South America, and Ethiopia. Jörg Peltzer grew up in the canton of Basel-Land, studied medicine, and fell in love with Africa while still a student. He worked in gynecology in Ghana, in the war zone in Congo, and later founded an emergency clinic in Ethiopia. “We can perform miracles there every day,” he says. Jörg Peltzer is 56 years old, divorced, and lives in Delsberg.
